The permitted capacity will be spread between eight solar farms - - LUZ 1, 11, I, IV, V, VI VIl and VIlI -- all located within the Huelva municipality.


Pulley Energy plans to invest a total of EUR 160 million (USD 170.7m) in the LUZ initiative, while the city expects to see an inflow of EUR 27.3 million per year to its coffers during the operations phase, according to its press release..

Construction of the 62-MWp LUZ I sub-project will kick off in March, with the plan to have the solar farm in operation by the end of 2023. .

One of the company's upcoming projects in the city is one for a 200-MW solar farm as part of the Andalusian Green Hydrogen Valley proposal led by Spanish oil major Cepsa. (EUR 1.0 = USD 1.067)
